Cancellation Policy

White Oaks Farm reservation fees and all payments made are non-refundable if you cancel the event. However, your date can be moved with the full deposit transferring to the new date as long as you are more than 12 months out from your original booked date. Simply notify White Oaks in writing. If you are within 9 months of your original date then 50% of your total payments will carry forward to the new date. If you are within 6 months of your original date then 25% of your total will carry forward to the new date.
