What’s Included in the Rental Fee:
- Exclusive 15-hour access to the venue 8am – 11pm, Send off by 10pm
- 1700 sq. ft covered veranda for cocktail hour & rain backup plan
- Custom built 8ft white chevron pattern mobile bar piece for use on the veranda
- 75 acres of property that is great for photo ops
- Use of property for engagement photos
- 1 hour rehearsal time the week prior to the event
- Several ceremony locations
- White Oaks operations team member on site throughout the event
- 30 round tables, 7 cocktail tables, 10-8ft & 6-6ft rectangle tables, 2-2×4 & 2-3×3 tables
- Wooden cross-back chairs for up to 200 guests for the reception
- Large bar in the main hall with 90 inch bar refrigeration, stainless prep tables & ice chest
- White folding resin chairs with padded seat for up to 200 guests at the ceremony
- Bridal suite with a private sound system, bar area & patio to enjoy your day
- Gentlemen’s quarters with a private sound system, poker table, bar area & patio
- Caterer’s prep kitchen with commercial prep tables, industrial sink, ice machine (575lbs) and commercial refrigeration
- Wifi through out our venue if anyone has to work remotely or just enjoy some down time
- Large beautiful Indoor bathrooms (wheelchair accessible)
- Outdoor games such as cornhole
- Ample parking for guest and private parking for the wedding party at the venue
- Parking lot golf cart shuttle during arrival of guests by our attendant
- Clean up after ceremony & reception
- Use of our firepit – including firewood
